Our Approach

We offer individual services. We think and act like business managers of the client company and only recommend solutions that we would also implement ourselves in this position. If required, we readily assume an on-site mandate with full dedication. We develop all recommendations for action together in agile teams, and if necessary, leverage external service providers. This approach ensures our actions are fast, effective, and precise.
At an early stage, we establish internal teams and networks alongside our clients, embedding the realignment process, methodological proficiency, leadership competence, and assumption of responsibilities within the company.

I founded digitalorganic and have been leading the company since 2017. My primary focus encompasses strategy and business development, innovation and digitalization, as well as executive mentoring including crisis management.
I have over 30 years of international industry experience in family businesses, large corporations and start-ups. Of these, more than 15 years in strategic and operational responsibility as managing director, business unit manager, plant and site manager and in senior line functions. Professionally, I have my roots in the electrical and digital industries.

My Credo: Entrepreneurial challenges always require two approaches. On the one hand, an in-depth analysis of the obvious issue, but also a precise assessment of the organization’s performance. In my view, top results can only be achieved with a transformation if the managers and their leadership skills, the core competences in the company and the corporate culture are taken into account.
